At the center of it all is Filly, who runs Calibre’s daily operations with focus and efficiency managing orders, overseeing supply chains, and ensuring every job runs smoothly.
“Filly’s our backbone,” said Sun, Calibre’s founder.
“She’s the one making sure all the moving parts stay aligned orders, clients, stock, staff. Honestly, if Filly’s not around, things don’t move the same.”
She doesn’t just handle logistics she brings structure to a business that’s growing fast and evolving even faster.
“We’re building a long-term brand here,” Filly explained.
“That means every system we install, every process behind the scenes, needs to be reliable and professional.”
Danas: The Bridge Between Orders and Execution
Danas works closely alongside Filly managing client orders, installation schedules, and coordinating service flow from start to finish.
“I help make sure every job is prepped and ready,” Danas shared.
“From ordering materials to confirming timelines and updating clients we’re hands-on all the way.”
She also plays a big role in after-sales service and internal communication between the install team and the office.
“Danas is the glue that holds the day-to-day together,” said Sun.
“She’s calm, sharp, and always two steps ahead exactly what you want when things get busy.”
Heri: Precision on Every Project
Out on the job sites, Heri leads the installation team with quiet consistency and exacting standards.
“With the combo system, even a few millimeters can affect how it slides or seals,” Heri said.
“We double-check everything before we install. That’s why our systems last.”
In just the past few months, Heri’s team has completed over 100 installs across villas, homes, and commercial properties.
“Heri leads by example,” Sun said.
“He’s respected because he never cuts corners, and that trust shows in the results.”

The crown jewel of Calibre’s product range is the combo sliding system an all-in-one sliding door that integrates both glass and mosquito mesh into a single track.

What’s Coming Next
The Calibre team is gearing up for the next phase of growth:
• A showroom and office is currently being built to let clients interact with systems in person
• Development of Indonesia’s first custom screen + railing mold is underway, with production planned in Surabaya
• A strong operational backend led by Filly and Danas is keeping the business agile and scalable
