All warranties are assured. However, if Calibre provides any service not covered by the warranty, the customer will be liable for both a call-out fee and a service fee.

 

 

 

Shipping and import tax costs are subject to fluctuations and will only be finalized at the time of the first payment.

 

This invoice/quotation is valid for a period of one week from the date of issuance or until the initial payment is made, whichever comes first.

 

Prices indicated in this invoice/quotation are subject to change without prior notice due to various factors, including but not limited to fluctuations in market conditions, supplier costs, or changes in project specifications. Once the invoice/quotation has been generated and remains unpaid beyond the stipulated validity period, the price may be adjusted accordingly.

1.Access and Preparation: Customers must ensure that the installation site is accessible and prepared before our team arrives.

2.Maintenance: It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the sliding screens according to our care instructions to prolong their lifespan and performance.

3.Accurate Measurements: By providing measurements, the customer acknowledges responsibility for their accuracy. As products are custom-made, any discrepancies resulting from inaccurate measurements render the customer liable.

 

Calibre does not offer refunds for orders once they have been placed and accepted. Once an order is confirmed, the customer is responsible for the full payment, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

 

Calibre shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions.

 

Calibre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, installation, or use of our screens.

 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

 

Calibre reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The revised agreement will be applicable to any subsequent orders.
